In 10.01 why are my songs sorted alpha by artist instead of alpha by song title?

As I understand, your music on your iPhone is only sorting by artist, but you'd like to have your music sorted by title. I like that sort as well since it mixes things up a bit for me, and I'll be glad to show you where that setting is.
On your phone tap Settings > Music > Sort Songs & Albums > and tap "By Title"

is there a way in the music app to click on songs and have them alpha by title or click on artist and have them alpha by artist...without having to change settings?
